1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ovens Soccer training services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of our services, including participants, parents, and guardians.

2. Services Description

Ovens Soccer provides professional football training services including:

• Holiday Clinics (ages 6-14)
• One-on-One coaching sessions
• Small Group training (2-7 participants)
• Large Group sessions (8+ participants)

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Emergency cancellations due to illness or family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Weather-related cancellations will result in rescheduling or full refund
• No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the session fee
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

5. Health and Safety

• Participants must be in good physical health to participate
• Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries before training
• Appropriate sports attire and football boots are required
• We provide first aid equipment and qualified supervision
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring child participants follow safety guidelines

6. Code of Conduct

All participants and parents/guardians must:

• Treat all participants, coaches, and staff with respect
• Follow all safety instructions and rules
• Arrive on time and prepared for training
• Maintain appropriate behaviour throughout sessions
• Report any concerns to coaching staff immediately

Violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from programs without refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

• Participants engage in training at their own risk
• Ovens Soccer maintains public liability insurance
• We recommend participants have their own personal accident insurance
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian law
• We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage

8. Photography and Media

• We may take photographs and videos during training sessions
• Images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
• Please inform us if you do not consent to photography
• We respect privacy and will not use inappropriate images

9. Weather Policy

• Training may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions
• Light rain does not automatically cancel sessions
• Lightning, hail, or dangerous conditions will result in cancellation
• Cancelled sessions will be rescheduled or refunded
• Participants will be notified as soon as possible of any changes

10. Intellectual Property

• All training methods and materials are proprietary to Ovens Soccer
• Website content, logos, and materials are protected by copyright
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited
• Participants may not record or distribute training content without permission

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
